I had taken SVRS from New India assurance and was a pension opted employee. at that time my service was 16 years and 7 months.I was refused pension on the ground that my service was less than 20 years. After supreme court judgment of 10.1.2014 the eligibility for pension is 10 years. I have written to New India management after that twice for payment of my pension but they are not replying. Please help.
