Dear NISVRREA Team,

The Almighty God bless you. Tomorrow, September 30, 2016 is a crucial day for all the pensioners particularly SVRS/SVRP retirees/ pensioners/ family pensioners.

At this moment, I just remind that (i) Only ex-gratia will be paid on revised Pay Scale basis, such wording was never used in SVRS-2004 Scheme. (ii) This clause how the ex-gratia will be determined after Pay Revision was not mentioned at a common place or in the General Conditions Column, instead it was inserted in 'Ex-gratia Payment' Column of SVRS-2004 Scheme. Thus, this clause cannot be made applicable to entire SVRS-2004 Scheme. (iii) There cannot be two Last drawn salary of a retired employee on a particular date of retirement, which is a unlawful decision of PSU General Insurance Companies. (iv) After retirement from service, employer-employee relationship does not end at all for payment of pension. (v) General Insurance (Employees') Pension Scheme 1995 was never amended to exclude any benefit for SVRS/SVRP/Golden Gate Scheme retirees. (vi) SVRS-2004 Scheme becomes null & void ab-initio, if any benefit of statutory Pension Scheme is denied as the SVRS-2004 Scheme is not having the superseding clause over Pension Scheme 1995. (vii) Whatever has been paid to retirees of Golden Gate Scheme-2009 without amending the same statutory Pension Scheme 1995, is automatically payable to retirees of SVRS/SVRP Scheme. (viii) Pension Fund is a common fund in lieu of Employers' Contributory Fund, hence this Fund is actually belonging to all employees (pensioners) similarly and therefore, it cannot be mismanaged and diverted to Executives of Top Management by PSU General Insurance Companies/ Trustees (GGSVSO-2009 Scheme to be produced before the Hon'ble High Court as a new evidence).

The most important argument would be of course that Hon'ble Supreme Court of India believed the argument (may be through false Affidavit filed by PSU General Insurance Companies in the Hon'ble Supreme Court) of PSU General Insurance Companies that notional credit of 5 years of service was paid to retirees of SVRS-2004 Scheme.

Wish NISVRREA a very 'GOOD LUCK'...

Thanks & Regards
Pramod Srivastava, Pune.
