I would also like to share an information which i came to know from another PSU that gratuity limit has been increased from 3.5 lacs to 10 lacs with effect from 1/1/2007. If this can be checked up with our authorities, some retirees may be benefitted and so also the future retirees. Keep updating facts which will benefit our colleagues

I will arrange to publish in our website the list of blacklisted hospitals in chennai by UIIC. Kindly bear for some days to get the details in our website itself.
UIIC has issued guidelines to all ROs, DOs and BOs to get cashless settlement for Hospitalisation under employee group mediclaim for an estimate of Rs.50000/- and above. Even if the estimate is less, kindly get in touch with your office, where you remitted premium, to get the same facility based on necessity nad on your request.

we from NISVRREA, have contacted LIC, Chennai to send Form 16 to all pensioners of UIIC to file IT returns. LIC agreed to send it at the earliest. Inform others known to you. We appeal to send your pending subscription up to 09-10 to our NISVRREA office, which will help us to take up all pending cases in a desirable way.
LIC, Chennai has posted Form 16 to all pensioners for filing of IT returns. Tell others also.
