Our case has finally came for hearing on 10 th of this month but because of the in disposition of the judge the could not be taken for hearing. now the present position is it may be taken up for hearing next week so let us wait and pray for the success.

It was listed on 18th September 2014 but could not be taken up.
Would you plz clarify the current status of the case and when would it be taken up for hearing........
The following orders is passed by the Division Bench of Supreme Court on 18th September 2013
"List these matters on Wednesday, 25th September, 2013
at the top of the Board subject to overnight part-heard"

Dear sir, will you please let us know the position of our case at SC? as there in no news after 13th September's blog
Now the SC has kept GIPSA SVRS pension arrears case seem to be getting delayed.Please let us know the SC's judgement at the earliest.
